Our Battle

It's hard to fight for something

When everybody thinks it's nothing

We may have done everything

But for them it's no good thing.

My baby you're my only love

In this world I want to have

Beside you I always wanna be

With you I hope I will be.

All the bad habits you stopped

All the good things you didn't drop

Though I love you for who you were

I love you more for who you are

How come they so much disagree

When the bible sets us free?

Don't they think it's never easy

To be what we don't wanna be?

It's us against the world

To unfold the mysteries untold

That they must let us see

The love they must give us free.

I don't want to let you go

But how will I ever know

That in this battle of us two
